Construction & Design [Exercise] 

 

The objective of this exercise was:
To experience the different activities and issues that can arise in teams constructing a shared object in accordance with a well specified design.

We were working in a group of 5. We had designated a specific role to each person. When we were introduced to the lego, we were to make ourselves familiar with the bits and pieces of the this robot. In my opinion, we had a rather effective system working for us. 2 people were in charge of building the robot, one person was in charge of communicating to the raw materials team what the production team wanted and 2 people were in charge of finding the pieces the production team wanted.
